At Care Tusk, we value quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.

1. Eligibility for Return
   Returns are only accepted if:

• The item delivered is not the product you ordered, or
• The item does not match the description on our website

2. Non-Returnable Items
   We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing or preference
• Delays in shipping outside of our control

3. Return Process
   If your item meets the return criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product received. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging, unused and in original condition.
4. Refunds
   If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
